Random thoughts about Yarn, Knitting, perhaps Yo La Tengo, and other things that occupy my time...

Goodbye for now...

Just a quick note from the airport to share the joy...I was able to take my knitting (Kiri, Clappy, and some Regia Silk that I think wants to be diagonal rib socks) through security and my 16+ hours of impending plane time will be productive. Although I am also travelling with a nasty cold and a bottle of Nyquil, so we'll see who wins. I'll be back Saturday night, moving (finally!!!) Sunday, and may regain sanity and internet around mid-month.

I'm glad you'll be able to knit the whole way! Have a good, safe trip, Cassie, and can't wait to see that gorgeous Clappy when you return!

Holy cow! 16 hours of pure knitting time is like a dream come true. Well, except for the tiny airplane seat and the cold. Those parts are less fun. Enjoy Hong Kong, and congratulations on the move. I know you'll be happy about that.
