Autumn Sweater

Another happy customer...

Back in August, I started knitting this assortment of off-white and nearly white yarn. My friend Sofie was having a baby of undetermined gender. She was afraid that people would inundate her with pastel pink or blue if they knew what was coming. So, I took on the challenge. And just as I was seaming this thing up, Greta was born. So by the time I rushed the gift over (this was October, pre-blog) I knew she was a girl, and was lamenting all of the tastefully girly sweaters I could have knit.

Luckily, Sofie was happy with the gender-neutral sweater option. And she just sent me this photo of Greta modelling for me. The sleeves used to be long enough, but you know, it's been a whole winter since October...

Meanwhile, work is being the stressful. Let's just enjoy the happy baby, shall we?
